2. Bookings & Payments

• All classes, workshops, and courses must be booked in advance.
• Full payment is required to secure a place unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are non-refundable unless a class is cancelled by MAFTS.
• If you are unable to attend, we may offer a transfer to another session where possible, at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If this happens, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions without prior communication.

4. Student Conduct

• We expect all students to behave respectfully to staff, peers, and studio property.
• MAFTS reserves the right to remove any student behaving inappropriately or disruptively.

5. Accessibility

We aim to make our classes inclusive and accessible. If you or your child has any specific needs, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including handouts, patterns, and designs, is the intellectual property of MAFTS or the individual tutor and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Use of Student Work

MAFTS may take photographs or video of student work for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in or have your work used in such materials, please inform us in writing.
